TO FILE AN EXCHANGE/RETURN CONTACT US AT CONTACT@VITΛWEΛR.US or  VIA OUR CONTACT FORM.

 

ASTRO BAGS ARE FINAL SALE unless received damaged.

NO RETURNS ALLOWED however you can exchange for a different size or receive store credit. (Clothes only)

ALL SAMPLE SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Items must be sent back for an exchange/return within 15 DAYS of the delivery date.

 

ALL ITEMS ON SALE ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE & CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED VIA STORE CREDIT.

  • All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card Code.


You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • VITΛWEΛR is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

 

If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and receive a full refund. To help us get this fixed for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the following information:

-Your name

  • -Order number
  • -Picture of the fault
  • -Description of the fault

 

If you contact us via the 'Contact Us' form please have an image of the faulty item ready for when you receive a reply to your email.
